Save $1,000 in 30 Days
Considering the credit crunch, recession, and crazy-volatile stock market, it's no surprise that money--particularly saving it--is on people's minds. There's one blog in particular, I Will Teach You to Be Rich, that while having a very unfortunate name (does it remind anyone else of late night informercials with guys in short-sleeved, collared Hawaiian shirts?), it actually has a pretty informative and helpful series running called: The Save $1,000 in 30 Days Challenge.
Every day for the next several weeks, they're posting another money saving tip, each of which is certainly worth checking out. While a lot of these tips have been shared before (Gradspot covers quite a few in our Saving Money After College article), it's never a waste to read them one more time and take action. $1,000 can go a long way.
