World's Most Annoying Phrases

Basically, I agree to with much of the 10 most annoying phrases list compiled by Oxford University researchers, but to be fair, there are a lot of Americanisms that I personally would add to the mix. With all due respect to Oxford, the readers of BBC appear to have their fingers pressed more firmly to the pulse of office life, which at the end of the day is really the source of the most horrendous speech patterns. So, what are your most hated phrases? Can you get those to me by the end of the day.
