You Say Tomato, I Say Petrol Bomb

As established in last week's recipe for mac and cheese, even the most traditional comfort foods can have their variations. Sometimes, this is welcome. Other times, people get a bit territorial about their favorite dish. Take for example the story of these brothers and their spat over the English classic shepherd’s pie.

Since we are almost in the heat of summer, and this dish is just a touch heavy, I'll hold off on presenting my version of the meal. Until then, enjoy a bit of food reading and order take-out this week.
