Give personal references but stay away from immediate family members like your mother,father,sister,brother,pet (Because OF COURSE they think you're great! lol) I would go for family friends who know your work ethic, have you ever cut a neighbors yard, or baby sat for someone? There has got to be people you can think of who know you are a stand up kind of person :)
